Submitting evidence does not guarantee verification. Verification does not guarantee attorney matching. We review all submissions manually and exercise sole discretion in our verification determinations.
Your Consent
By creating an account, you consent to IdentifiedVerified sharing your verified submission information with matched attorneys. This sharing only occurs after verification and only with attorneys who have submitted an inquiry to our platform.
Accuracy
You agree that all information and documents you submit are truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account termination.
No Fees for Consumers
Use of this platform is free for individuals submitting evidence. We do not charge consumers any fees at any point in the process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
